StreamHouse ("we", "us", "the Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

What this Site does and does not host

StreamHouse does not upload, store, encode, or host any video streams or media files on its own servers. The Site operates as a directory and player interface that indexes and embeds links to streams and content hosted by unaffiliated third-party services. When you press play, your browser connects directly to that third party's servers, not ours.

Because of this, the fastest and most effective way to have specific infringing content taken down is often to send your notice directly to the third-party host or CDN actually serving the stream. We are nonetheless required to act on valid notices concerning links or embeds that appear on this Site, and we do so as described below.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and believe that content accessible through this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes all of the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice).
3. Identification of the specific material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — the exact page URL(s) on this Site, not just the name of the match, movie, or show.
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices (for example, a general complaint about "your site streaming our league" with no specific URLs) cannot be actioned and will be returned with a request for the missing information.

Designated contact

What happens after we receive a valid notice

• We remove or disable the specific link(s) or embed(s) identified, typically within 1–3 business days of receiving a complete notice.
• We keep a record of the notice and the action taken.
• We do not need to, and generally will not, wait for a court order before removing material identified in a valid notice.

Counter-notification

If content you posted or linked was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the contact above containing your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial forum), and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We do not knowingly permit repeat infringement. Where a link or source is the subject of repeated, validated takedown notices, we remove it and stop featuring that source going forward rather than repeatedly re-adding it.

No guarantee of completeness

Because streams and sources are pulled from third-party providers that change their own catalogs continuously, we cannot guarantee that a removed link will not later reappear if it is re-indexed from an upstream provider. Repeat notices for the same recurring source are the fastest way to get it removed permanently.
